Accommodation: Accommodation in shared rooms, on a  full-board basis, at hostels perfectly adapted and belonging to the network of youth hostels in Andalusia. The Andalusian Company of Facility Management and Youth Tourism ( INTURJOVEN, S.A.) is integrated into the Andalusian Youth Institute, it´s an organisation belonging to the Regional Government of Andalusia.

Requests for modification: TRIANA VIAJES will attend to any request to change the program in terms of duration, facilities, meals, activities, sightseeing, conveyance, etc.. to attempt to suit the needs of the group.

Gratuites: We offer a free teacher or group leader place for every 15 paid students.

DOCUMENTS:

Travel, passports and visas: We recommend that clients check carefully all regulations regarding necessary documentation  (ID cards, Passports, Visas, Authorizations, etc..)  In particular, passengers outside the European Economic Community should consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs www.mae.es.

The family and personal papers of all passengers must be in order and the client must check the documentation required within the regulations of the country to be visited (refer to each destination in the local embassy and/or consulate).
The client is liable for any fees payable in the process of getting a passport , or any other necessary requirements.

If  the application for any documentation is rejected by the appropriate authorities or the client is denied entry into the country for whatever reaso, TRIANA  will not be liable for any additional costs and will nor refund the tour price.

Travel Insurance: The programs all include a Tourist Insurance cover. Most of these are provided by the company  “Europea de Seguros”,  whose summary of  insurance guarantees appears below.

The prices quoted do not include the following items.
Entrance to museums, monuments, attractions, etc., extras in hotels, beverages at meals , visa expenses and any other services not listed.

Exchange rates: The calculations have been done by applying the changes to the EURO which are detailed below in each currency for 2013-2014: British pound 0.89, U.S. Dollar: 1.43, Australian dollar 1.55, Canadian dollar 1.47. Valid prices (save for possible typing errors).

Prices are subject to changes, either upward or downward, as a result of currency fluctuations, increased freight rates, fuel costs, fees and taxes under the general conditions of the prospectus for the current year. Any variation in these contributions will see an immediate adjustment in prices of this catalogue.

Registrations: For reservation or registration, at least 25% of the total figure must be deposited (this deposit can on occasions reach up to 40% of the total amount  in accordance with current regulations).

Places will not be considered officially reserved until such a deposit is made, and until we receive confirmation of services by other service providers within the programme.
The remaining 75% (or the remaining 60%) must be paid at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancelations, no presentations and / or abandonment of the programme by the customer: At any time the client or consumer may cancel the services requested or contracted, and be entitled to a refund of the amounts that would be paid. However the client must compensate the Agency for the concepts indicated below:

• The management costs.

• Cancellation fees ( if any )

• See explanation below.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. All cancellations will result in a cost to the agency ( apart from management fees ) for reasons such as pre-accommodation bookings, as well as school costs which are passed on to the agency for cancellations of courses, teachers, loss of registration, insurance, etc: Our cancellation fees are based on the following time–scale prior to the scheduled start of the programme:

• Between 60 and 45 days:  loss of 5% of the total cost of the programme.

• Between 30 and 60 days:  loss of 15%.

• Between 15 and 30 days:  loss of 20%.

• Between 03 and 15 days:  loss of 30%.

• Less than 3 days prior to the scheduled start date: loss of 100% of total cost.

All programs have an optional cancellation insurance (please ask for more details).

Claims: Complaints and / or claims which in the opinion of clients occur during the period  of the contracted program should be made known to TRIANA VIAJES whilst  the client is in Spain, with the aim of offering a satisfactory solution immediately.
In the event that the solution proposed by TRIANA VIAJES is unsatisfactory to  the client, they will have a legal period of 2 years to file a written complaint.

Data Protection: Pursuant to Article 5 of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that personal data that we request will be included in a data file by VIAJES TRIANA, SA, for the purpose of information, commercial prospecting and delivery of emails advertising or promotional purposes, for which you give your express consent. Your information will be treated in accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data. You have the right at all times to exercise your rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@viajestriana.com.

Notes: Language courses start every Monday during 2013 and 2014.
